At High Water Guitars, every instrument is an opportunity to create something truly unique. Our custom commission process allows you to work directly with the builder to design a guitar that reflects your individual style, sound, and vision.
Begin with one of our existing models and make it your own. Choose from a wide variety of domestic and exotic woods, custom colors and finishes, hardware, pickups, electronics, and personalized details. Whether you prefer a subtle variation on an established design or something entirely your own, we can work together to bring your ideas to life.
For those looking for something beyond our current lineup, High Water Guitars also welcomes proposals for entirely new instrument designs. From modifications to body shapes and construction methods to completely original concepts, we can explore the possibilities of creating a one-of-a-kind instrument built around your vision.
Every commission begins with a conversation. Together, we'll discuss your ideas, explore available materials and design options, establish specifications, and develop a plan that balances your creative goals with exceptional playability, tone, and craftsmanship.
Your instrument should be as individual as the musician playing it.
